Story

Born on the throttle.

Origin

Manila kart track — first win.

I started racing when I was six at a local kart track in Manila. We rented karts at first, until my dad gifted me a used kart so I could race for real. That gift locked in a life of weekends measured in tenths.

This was my first win: fist in the air in kart #257. More local and international titles followed. At fifteen I moved into GT cars. By twenty-four I was coaching, handing forward the same discipline the sport demanded from me.

Pivot

Rugby, kitchens, and new lanes.

At twenty-five the map widened — rugby with Philippine Rugby energy, community work through the Makati Mavericks Sports Foundation, and a path into property and marketing ops.

A BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management (Culinary Arts) from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde still shows up in how I run rooms, events, brands, and the pan.

Cocina 1885

I love food. I cook. Paella, fresh.

Cocina 1885 is my small business in Manila — authentic Spanish paella cooked fresh. Same obsession as racing: good ingredients, clean process, and no shortcuts when the heat is on.
